Hey @PayPalUK how do I stop this incessant pop up advert? Every time I log into the app, or check my balance there it is. Itโs getting in my nerves now and doesnโt seem to be an option for โI DO NOT WANT ONEโ I just want to log into and get on with my business.

@virginmedia Oh, good to see youโve accessed my account to investigate the complaint I made on 25 May (whereby I did NOT ask for a new modem) ๐คทโโ๏ธ anyway a formal complaint has now been made about my issue (not related to the SNR apparently)
@Mikec81united@virginmedia Itโs appalling and getting worse IMO. Updates every few days saying the same โissue identified and an engineer are on their way to fix itโ. I think the engineer must be walking from Australia the length of time itโs taking them to hear here and fix it.
@Rowie09@virginmedia Theyโve refused to help me with a different issue until the local intermittent service fault is resolved which is still ongoing 5-6 weeks later!
@Mikec81united@virginmedia Iโve been having issues since mid-May. Every few days get an update with a new fix date. Currently 27/6 (originally 17/5) and VM refused to help with a different issue because of the intermittent service ๐คฌ
@virginmedia what is your complaints process? Absolutely fed up with your s**tshow of a service lately. I asked for help with a router issue on 23 May and was refused help because there was a service issue (which still isnโt resolved). Wish Iโd not renewed my contract now!
@ArgosHelpers what IS THE POINT of two phone numbers on your receipts (for store and customer services) when there appears to be absolutely no way of speaking to a person to answer a question about a damaged item? Pathetic!!
