Me realizing I have no intro pinned post...
Hiii, I'm Pear!π I am a build-a-bear person! This means I enjoy seeing how others refer to me- this means when I gain a new nickname or when people decide to put random pronouns in the mix!
Check out my tweets, mostly wholesome RTs!π
@DOGE__news Just because a fear is trauma or statistics-induced doesn't mean it's right, and if you saw a man who was afraid of women like that you'd probably advise him to seek therapy to help him get over that fear right? Because leading yourself with fear doesn't help you... (3/3)
@DOGE__news If a man had a negative experience with a women when he was younger that led him to believe all women would hurt him, by being cautious of women he's limiting himself by fear. (2/3)
@nocontextmemes my sister keeps talking about "bugs is shrimps" because of her shellfish allergy, like "bugs are land shrimps and shrimps are sea bugs" in terms of what she can and can't eat lmao
so yes, bugs is shrimps
@GammaItsme@abantheseeker@ADHDForReal Breast is the most common term for it, and it's what most use when talking of general anatomy, therefore it feels formal because it's used in an anatomical setting
Bosom feels formal because it was more commonly used by British people and is an old term that feels Victorian
@nocontextmemes I mean personally if a content does not explicitly state that they are trans or prefer to be addressed with she-her pronouns and see themself as a woman then they simply, are not trans
characters like Felix are not trans women
characters like Chihiro... well it's hard to tell
I hope I didn't offend him too much, sometimes it's just hard not to correct people ^^ And please let me know if anything I said or did was incorrect or bad behavior! I know I'm still relatively new when it comes to social media so I get it wrong sometimes! π
Love it when I reply to a transphobic pic saying "I wish this app had dislikes" and suddenly this random dude shows up tryna start something like he thinks he's smarter than me bc he has a vocabulary limited to derogatory terms and insults~
I'll be cleaning up his replies in a little bit! Just wanted to share this as a PSA for anyone out there who thinks that this is an acceptable way to act in any situation, because honestly it's just pitiful going to someone's profile and adding unrelated insults to start drama.
