At some point the characters just create a mind of their own and there is Nothing you can do about it, the only thing you can do is to try to make your audience understand them as you do

A lot of guys need to come to terms with the fact that just because the story wasn't written the way you wanted it, doesn't mean you suddenly know better than the actual author. If you want dolls to play with, make fanfiction/fanworks. All this does is make you look arrogant.

i don't think the mindset of "anyone can draw" is inherently exclusive to artists. i think the very best ppl in their fields acknowledge the fact that anyone can do what they do if they have the passion and curiosity for it. nothing is ever out of reach.
