If you had told me a year ago, while waiting for my MA proposal to be approved that I would be getting my Master's degree a year later, I would have laughed so much 🤣
But it happened. 4 modules and exams, and a 23K dissertation later, I'm done, and in record time (a year)

Another video from the screening of ‘Abril’ in NYC last night.

Video context: Speaking on François Arnaud's famous monologue and how big of a risk it was to showcase. Hernán Jiménez said François Arnaud's Spanish was so beautiful he learned the monologue a day before filming. He was so nervous to film in Spanish but the monologue was so emotional that he was able to connect with it because of his close friends and his love of Montreal. It was interesting to him to speak those words as a white Canadian, speaking of the love and pride of Costa Rica as a foreigner because of his view on Montreal.
