@luishcruzc @rositadeolivop1 The lymph node was approximately 4cm (if I recall correctly). Organized lymphoid tissue in the GI tract has the same components as a lymphnode (primary follicles, immunoblasts, etc.). HOWEVER, the back-to-back follicles in this node were the biggest clue. 😃
