@realillyrian668 The English are essentially a mixed race mostly between Brethonic and Anglo Saxon lineages. The Brethonic component isn’t straight Steppe ancestry seeing as the Bell Beaker people mixed with EEF who were of Anatolian (where modern day Turkey is) descent. google Sardinian people

@Tom_Rowsell Cheddar man has always been used by both sides of argument and is a bit of a red herring. It likely he had darker than pale skin but the degree of which is utterly unknown. The real place to look is the bell beaker’s infusion with the Neolithic farmers who diluted the Steppe DNA

@DavidBe31099196 On the point about getting old…last year I did an experiment for 7.5 weeks to de-age via a very specific one meal a day lion diet maximizing autophagy and it actually produced some surprising results in my perceived age…would need to extend the diet for results to lock in

@R_J_Shaw @RestoreBritain_ @TRobinsonNewEra Interesting points but I must correct your assertion that the 4 nations are Anglo Saxon…they are not…in fact not all of England is Anglo Saxon (Cornish and much of Cumbria certainly are not and are more ancient Britain pre-Anglo Saxon invasion in their DNA).
