@FrontierCorp I already have a number of times and it’s just a useless as your 1800 number which is why I have been waiting for the supervisor call back I was promised.

As a long standing and loyal @FrontierCorp customer I find it embarrassing how we are treated when we have genuine concerns or solutions to potential problems. I asked for a supervisor call back and was ensured it would be within 24 hours. It’s now been passed 24 hours.
@AskFrontier No one at that number can affect any real change. I want the number or email of a regional leader someone who’s at the tables where things are done.

@FrontierCorp my internet has been out 3 times in the last 30 days. The last time was because a technician unplugged me from the main fiber box (according to the responding technician. I’m not being told no one can come out even with an urgent tag on my ticket until the 4th. Why!
@FlowerMoundPD goodmorning, your cruiser 43500-121 I believe was the number on the back it is in desperate need of new brakes. Screech from those bad boys was bone chilling.
Pre trip inspections are a great way to avoid issues like that in the future.
