There’s nothing more frustrating than hearing a manager calling on the fans to support, as if we are a Bundesliga side with €20 tickets and just choosing to be silent. The hypocrisy is unbelievable, so shortsighted. After 30 years of unbelievable exploitation.

Thomas Frank was calling on the fanbase before his last game in charge, calling for an atmosphere when the tickets were £84 to stand and thousands of fans who couldn’t attend were unable to resell their tickets because the club insisted they sold their £92-£109 tickets first.

Football is so broken and it pains me that managers just play along.
