@jerryteixeira This is absolutely true, and amazingly accurate. I woke up not motivated to do anything. I biked 5 miles, then went on to practice 30 minutes with the staff today after that. When I woke up I felt like doing nothing. Get moving… it’ll probably fix what’s broken. 😎
