Respectfully, in a ratings/subscriber dominated world, no one cancels shows because of critics, let alone one praising a show/saying there should be more of it. Critics aren’t a danger to these 350 jobs—which are still intact!—but corporate mergers like Paramount/WB certainly are

“I went to watch ‘Obsession’ recently. I went to see it back in London, a full theater. People were screaming, laughing, crying. It was exactly what makes going to the movies so special. The movie was so well-made, so entertaining, the actors in it are fantastic.”
It might seem implausible or laughable to predict but there really is only one way for Doomsday and Secret Wars to genuinely work, and it’s as a relinquishing of nostalgia and past in favor of the future. Literally the only way to make this saga mean anything at all.
