🚨YouTube Support lied to me and I lost everything

Eight months ago, I contacted YouTube Support and relied on the answer I was given.

Six months later, during YouTube’s May 13 outage, my clean 40K channel with over 10 million views was terminated. A month later, every remaining channel I had was terminated too.

How are creators supposed to rely on official YouTube Support if the information they’re given turns out to be wrong?

Why am I being punished because YouTube Creator Support gave me explicit wrong answers? How is this fair to creators who want to follow the rules.

🚨 YouTube says they apply their policies equally. Then explain this.

Same day. Same policy. Different results.

20 days: Reinstated. (Tejas)
73 days: Still terminated. (Me)

Another creator and I were both terminated on May 13. Their channel was reinstated after 20 days, while my 40K channel remains terminated 73 days later.
