Many of us have misdirected our frustration with our circumstances by playing the victim and blaming foreigners. This tendency to point fingers at outsiders often distracts from the real issues at hand. This was maybe my favorite moment of the two and a half hour podcast because 1) it’s true and 2) I knew the viewers’ heads would explode hearing someone actually defend @IlhanMN, who has been so thoroughly, dishonestly, and ridiculously demonized and smeared in rightwing media.
