After so much dedicated years of study , students have to fight for scheduling exams. After giving exam , have to wait for results for 3-4 years and and after results they have to wait for another 1-2 years for joining. This could happen only in India

5) why obligations only for BSNL?

1) at the time of natural calamities like floor , cyclone, etc which operaters provide you the services ?
2) how much money the Govt has infused in BSNL till date , though they promised.
3) Why did BSNL got 2G licenced that much delayed?
