There is nothing better than classic rock, classic cars, live music, hand made and Bitcoin. I love to listen to music as much as play music. I love to drive my old car as much as I like working on it. One day I hope BTC let's me do all of the above without the daily grind.
At the Rush concert in 1985, in the Checker Dome in StL, they played The Camera Eye and Witch Hunt(great live). At that point I had not listen to side 2 of Moving Pictures very much (side 1 was so epic). It really changed my mind and I started to listen to both sides equally.
When building new homes in my area, think of it like your selling a car. You dont get the keys until it is paid for. Contractors do not have to give keys up until the last dime is payed. It is the only leverage you have and handing over keys to a house before it is paid for is a mistake.
@GigglingGanon Dude on bike is all kinds of wrong. There is no reason to equip your bike with a flip up plate. Stop asking for trouble and you won't get it. Stop pretending that ever interaction with a cop is unjustified.
No, I'm not responsible the next day. I only sell things that I think are in good shape. If it's starts or does the job it is supposed to when you buy it then it's just they way it is. I also wouldn't even think about returning anything because I know when you buy used you don't get a warranty.
People who boat alot and get in and out of the launch in under 5 minutes. Can't stand twice a year people. People come to laugh boats and don't even know if they run. Many other experienced boaters can launch a by themselves in 5 minutes. Start your boat at home (5 seconds won't hurt your motor), have a launch rope or experienced boat driver and remove your tie downs before you get on the ramp.
My son is a Revolutionary reenactor and his unit is going to Colonial Williamsburg for a Drum and Fife Corps competition. They were informed this week that real flintlocks were not allowed. After a marathon day 14 scale wooden replicas are done and on there way to competition.
My buddy Dave spent about $10K a year on baseball. $50/hr pitching lessons for 5 years once a week (kid moved to third when he ruined his arm). 10 years of batting coach $50/ hr twice a week, plus travel ball, hotels and eating out all weekend. His son was offered a JUCO full ride and he turned it down because he wanted a break. Dave payed for his son's school out of pocket. Huge reality check, Dave thought his kid would at least get a scholarship and save him the cost of college, nope.
@islandkman@j0ker937 These look great and unlike some of the others you look like you have the proper rise. I have always used 7/11 format for steps, 7 rise 11 deep. Very nice.
Your right, my mom cooked every night through the 70-80-90s. I have 2 brothers and 3 sister. The house she lives in my dad built. My wife and I sacraficed for at least 18 years to make our business profitable. Now we live fairly comfortable, but it didn't happen on Starbucks and fast food. Sacrifice has become a dirty word.
@russcfox It's ridiculous, my problem right is that I overpayed my projected 2025 Illinois taxes but I apparently did it wrong and I have been fined out of my refund. My accountant says it is the worst Illinois has ever been on stupid fines. I think they know most people will just give up.
@NickRodecap Absolutely, if your flasher are on you should be pulled over on the side of the road parked for the safety of the people who can actually drive.
@ThatEricAlper I'm buying my wife a new mid engine corvette and a restored 69' 427 Camero. After that I probably spend the rest on SpaceX stock and give it all to my kids.
He dragging his feet because he is busy. He knows the moment he gets back with you and signs a contract and takes a deposit the clock starts. He is probably buying time because he is 5-8 weeks out and doesn't want his phone ringing from you going "is our start date still good" every week.
@sovernTranch Looks awsome, just get a roof on it and your good. After the roof take 10 more years to finish it if that is what you need, but do something every week even if it's just half a day.
