@HertzUK I cannot see how to redeem Hertz points - I have followed the instructions on the website but there isn't a redeem option. Trying to book a car doesn't give me an option to pay with points either. They run out in under a month (only 12 months to use!) - Help!

@virginmedia I have disconnected from VM and got a text message today saying I have not returned the kit yet. VM has not sent any instructions on how to return the kit, nor the box that I was told would be sent through. Getting through to the VM team is slow and painful. Hopeless
