One of my favorite Akira Toriyama -isms is that sometimes when a scene gets tense, the background gets replaced with these hatched squiggly spirals.
It doesn't appear much in the anime (from my memory) and seems to be more of a manga exclusive thing.
I really like them!

@dartsbed It's the same video again and again on loop just stealing opinions and information from each other. Some people leave the fandom. Some newcomers join and watch/make the same videos again for the next newcomer.
There's nothing new.

@dartsbed It straight up killed a lot of my interest in the series because no one has anything new to say. Fallout online got screwed by Bethesda. Vaults are experiments. Fallout 2 & NV good. NV devs got screwed by Bethesda. 4 was bad.
