If they do that to their own Foreign Secretary, you can imagine the rest.
So far we have been talking about the military dynamics of this Indo-Pak round. But time will tell the fallout India is going to be facing down the road in other domains.
The world was watching - and what the world saw was a complete horror show. Perceptions have been changed.
- Media credibility? In the gutter.
- The plethora of so-called free journalists? All govt propagandists.
- Diplomatic incident with Iran, thanks to media and propagandists gone wild.
- Mass censorship on social media. News websites blocked, accounts restricted.
- Govt messages bombarded locals to only trust govt propaganda.
- Social media and TV media flooded with fake news and absurd claims. Surprisingly, this time it was far easier to get more accurate information more quickly from the Pakistani side than the Indian side. The Pakistanis actually even lifted the ban from X when this thing started. A surprise for many, including me, who have so far seen Pakistan as more problematic than India when it comes to free speech.
- Own Foreign Secretary goes in hiding after his daughter gets doxxed.
- A social media onslaught by organised troll farms. Personal attacks against international personalities/journalists/reporters, high levels of abuse, death and rape threats. Forcing even neutral people to pick a side.
- Embarrassed the French, who are mad. French media has been ripping into India.
- Complete turn around from the message of "this is the era of peace and trade" to "this is war". Leaves Indian hypocrisy exposed on int'l scale.
- Displeasing allies by rejecting third party mediation even as India itself has trotted around offering its role as a mediator in other conflicts. More hypocrisy exposed.
- Status of a pretending Great Power? Left in tatters. Bangladesh and Pakistan thinking of toasting a sandwich with the help of China.
- Foreign policy? Being questioned at home. No Indian ally was willing to openly and completely side with India, while Pakistan had China unconditionally standing on its side.
- Trump brings up Kashmir, something that delighted the Pakistanis and sent shockwaves in India.
- Failed to convince IMF against Pakistan. Had to remove own appointee. Still didn't work.
- Global image? Badly hit. Forget others, many foreigners who praise India publicly been making jokes about India privately.
I've probably missed a few things there, but this has been a major reality check for India. Should help them turn down that arrogance a notch or two, but that's unlikely. There are more lessons in store in the future.
To be honest, I didn't have much confidence in Pakistan before the war. They have obviously not been doing well recently, with border conflicts with India, border conflicts with Afghanistan, terrorist attacks by the Baloch Liberation Army, difficulties in Pakistan's domestic economy, and last year's major floods .....
But their performance on the battlefield is really impressive. In the first round of conflict, they shot down Indian Rafale fighter jets; In the second round of conflict, it is clear that Pakistan has once again gained the upper hand. Although it is still uncertain, it appears that Pakistan has destroyed India's S-400, destroyed India's BrahMos missile base, and may have shot down another Rafale......
Pakistan's victory on the battlefield is real and decesive, and I believe the Indian military has begun to panic. Chinese weapons have helped Pakistan gain an absolute technological advantage, which greatly exceeded the expectations of Indians, and I guess also Pakistan and even China.
This war seems to be a turning point for Pakistan to emerge from its low point. Victory on the battlefield is critical. Everything will get better.
Pakistan 🇵🇰 vs India 🇮🇳 = 7–0, Made in China 🇨🇳
On May 7, 2025, South Asia witnessed one of its most lopsided air combat outcomes in recent memory.
➡️ India launched a major airstrike targeting alleged “terrorist camps” inside Pakistan. But before their jets could complete the mission, they were ambushed and annihilated, not by American F-16s, but by a Chinese-designed air combat system.
Result?
🇮🇳 3 Rafales, 1 Su-30, 1 MiG-29 = shot down
🇮🇳 2 Israeli Heron drones = toast
🇵🇰 Losses = 0
➡️ Final score: 7–0
Star players?
🇨🇳 J-10CE multirole fighters
🇨🇳 PL-15 beyond-visual-range missiles
🇨🇳 HQ-9BE SAMs
🇨🇳 ZDK-03 AWACS coordination
💥 Coordinated via A-shoot B-guide, a combat tactic not even the US or NATO has demonstrated operationally.
🧠 Tactical Masterclass
Pakistani jets didn’t even need to light up their radars. All target data came from AWACS, guiding silent J-10s to optimal firing zones. One Rafale was reportedly shot down 10km from its own runway, mid-takeoff, defenceless.
The message? India got outplayed. Hard.
🇺🇸 The American Dilemma
Here’s where things get awkward for Washington:
Pakistan didn’t use U.S. F-16s in this engagement. Why? To avoid upsetting Uncle Sam.
The irony? The U.S. pushed for a “mediator” role in South Asia, but its idea of mediation was to supply arms to both sides while pretending to be neutral. It pressured Pakistan to show restraint with American hardware while pumping military support into India as part of its broader anti-China strategy.
But America’s “balancing act” in South Asia is now a farce. It arms India as a China-containment pawn, yet Pakistan, its “Major Non-NATO Ally”, just scored a stunning win using 100% Chinese tech.
This wasn’t just a diplomatic embarrassment, it was a strategic loss. The U.S. failed to curb escalation, failed to mediate and now fails to maintain influence in a region where its credibility is in freefall.
This conflict shows what the U.S. really is in South Asia: a spectator with a shrinking influence. Its refusal to back either side decisively is alienating both.
Meanwhile, China is watching. The performance of the J-10CE and PL-15 will now be on the military shopping lists of half the Global South.
India bet big on French Rafales, Israeli drones and American support. Pakistan bet on Chinese system integration and net-centric warfare. The outcome?
Chinese weapons work.
This wasn’t just a skirmish. It was a live-fire commercial for China’s defence industry and a serious blow to the West’s military prestige.
@UnityNewsPak Pathans are the most stupidest creatures God made. U just tell them they are brave, and they will lose their mind.
Sometimes, i feel so embarrassed when i see these 3rd class pathans.
Fuck you all
