@AFC_Plug@colapintomaxxer Name one company where his contribution was on the business side as opposed to hiring competent managers or contributing technical skill.
@AFC_Plug@colapintomaxxer Name one business success he has had based on his management? He got money for helping found PayPal then bought successful companies. His success happens because he hires people and has the money to weather bad decisions.
@Kareshy_Oruta Yeah this exact scene basically ruins the idea they were going for. I don't think they even need to stay silent, imagine if they just started speaking in their own language and she wondered "What did the sound you tricked the humans with mean?" "I don't know."
@AFC_Plug@colapintomaxxer He's a terrible leader. He's a petty tyrant who fails to understand basic things about business. If he succeeded it would be with the Aston Martin Strategy, paying a bunch of money for top talent. If he tried to actually manage the team it would make Cadillac look like Ferrari.
@Kareshy_Oruta The second interpretation is clearly what they think they've written but the actual text of the show doesn't support it. I would have loved if, for example, when alone demons spoke in a very different language making it clear they barely conceptualize the words they speak...
@_TRAMMY_ ...we're more conciously written as predatory animals. Imagine if when they weren't in front of people they spoke in an entirely different language and clearly barely understood what human language means, its just sounds they mimick to trick prey.
@_TRAMMY_ ...the demons don't consider humans as anything more than food that can occasionally fight back but the actual characters in the show let it down far too often by making the demons behave in ways that are too human. I think the show would be improved if the demons...
@_Razure@KUMIH0COOKIE I'm ranking based on the full lines.
I feel like gen 5 while I love it the starters just don't excite me. I think they definitly aren't helped by the fact that the rest of the game has so many good and more fun mons.
@Sev_Plays@aaa1e2r3@inkfycreates I'd argue that skipping gyms doesnt count because you still need to visit the towns. Like you have a choice of visiting Fuschia or Saffron first but otherwise you need to visit the towns pretty much in the direct order the game intends.
@scythegenderr I'd argue that another major difference is that WHA is super genuine. It's easier to say that you like Frieren "for the memes" which lets you distance yourself from actually liking something.
@Sev_Plays@aaa1e2r3@inkfycreates I mean also you aren't sequence breaking, you're skipping a gym. You still need to go to Vermillion even if you skip Surge and Celadon even if you skip Erika.
@aaa1e2r3@inkfycreates Thats not sequence breaking it just lets you pick the order you challenge the gyms in. You can go south and challenge Koga or clear out Sylph Co and challenge Sabrina but that isn't a sequence break its just an option.
@Geraltstappen While I have issues with Rwanda the current government was founded by rebel forces who overthrew the government that carried out the genocide.
