IMD is an unique department where Group B and C employees are recruited on permanent probation. From date of joining to retirement because GOI rules are not applicable here to safe guard Group A's kingship.

IMD should correct it's attitude towards SA. Throwing more & more work while no promotion aspect, no OTA, no pay revision will only weaken the morale of overwoked & underpaid SA Cadre.

Yesterday Dr Rajeevan gave an informative speech on COVID19 but unfortunate that he too highlighted 10% loss on real time IMD data but not the positive note that 90% risked life amid covid19. Sad unfortunate

भारत मौसम विभाग में प्रमोशन शब्द सिर्फ Group-A officers के लिए existकरता है, SA's के लिए नहीं।इसलिए सभीscientists हर 3-4साल में प्रमोशन पा रहे हैं औरSA's को 20 साल से प्रमोशन नहीं मिला है
