Bought a 'Rail Neer' bottle at Satna railway station, it's a USED bottle, refilled with tap water, fake reseal on the cap, and visible friction marks.This is fraud n it's directly endangering passengers' health. @RailMadad @RailMinIndia how long will this scam run unchecked?

Disappointed with the food delivered at Satna Station. Dal was mostly water, no salad was provided, only one spoon of raita, and the so-called Kaju Paneer had neither kaju nor paneer. Rice quantity is also very less.Refund the amount paid.

Pnr- 4751604451. water is not available.Compartments are dirty. No one has come to clean it. Coach attender is not there for any help. Washrooms are Stinky. We are paying u for blanket n bedsheeet but u are not providing it. What the hell is going on?
