Never use these phrases in a Resignation Letter.
Don't say

❌ “It was good working with you.”
❌ “I had a good working environment.”
❌ “I resigned honorably.”
❌ “I leave on good terms.”
❌ “I enjoyed my time at the company.”

- They suggest satisfaction and voluntary exit, weakening any future claim.
What to do instead
- Be clear, factual, and firm about the reasons for your resignation.

✅ Management conduct made continued employment impossible.

Red flag lowongan kerja
"Urgently required" = Karyawan yang lama barusan resign karena gelut, gak ngasih handover kerjaannya, cari orang baru buat bersih bersih kerjaan dia.
"Bersedia bekerja lembur" = Manajemen waktu dan tenaga perusahaan ruwet, jadi maksa karyawan lembur terus waktu malem sama weekend.
"Usia maksimum 25 tahun, IPK di atas 3.5, fresh graduate" = Nyari karyawan pinter, tapi gaji minimum, soalnya fresh graduate.
"Memiliki SIM A" = Karyawan merangkap sopir, udah gitu mobil pribadi dipinjem buat urusan kerjaan juga.
"Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan" = Perusahaan gak bisa ngatur deadline dan manage waktu, jadi tekanannya ke karyawan.
