It's so funny to see people moan about the criticism of WM42 Night 1. If you liked it, more power to you. Stop telling paying customers how they should or shouldn't feel about the quality of these shows. Nobody wants to be disappointed when watching a wrestling show.

Also, the "don't watch" takes are so dumb. It's WRESTLEMANIA. People are obviously going to watch it & say how they feel.

I have never really understood this argument when it's based upon the reception of one show.

Firstly, how am I supposed to know I won't like it unless I watch it? It would be different if I'm going out of my way to repeatedly watch the show that I didn't like, but WrestleMania typically has bright spots, so why would I preemptively assume that there would be none and it wouldn't be worth watching?

Secondly, criticism is a normal component of life. Not everything is all good or all bad. It's not the end of the world. We rant, we joke, we move on.

Personally when I dislike a wrestling show,l I'm not raging about it, I'm more like haha what the fuck are they even doing right now... I assume most people similarly react in a manner that does not impact their daily lives.

It's fine. It's not that deep. Scroll on by.
