By the early 1900s, building prices dropped when demand wasnβt met, and landlords in up-and-coming Harlem were forced to rent to Black tenants. By the early 1900s, there were ads in the paper looking to both purchase and manage potential tenements for colored residents.

8 years ago today Alabama rapper Doe B passed away. All because 3 men were upset at him because he didnβt help them get in a show where he was performing that night. The shooter was sentenced to 85 years in jail. RIP π
