Further, unless the benchmark is not true 0/Zero accidents, such delivery concepts are seriously bad. Hope these startup's won't link such data to their annual KPI and with a bonus awaiting at 3.5x lower accidents.

@DeodasNavin @OlaElectric In many International markets it is mandatory to train Fire/Rescue Personnel on handling Electric/Hybrid vehicle's, with high volt wires, especially 4W in case of accidents. Secondly nearby shop's should have had a fire extinguisher handy as per norms. Wish someone had used it.

One potential area to look at is also adding such modules, including Auto basics, at ITI/Polytechnic Level. They run on outdated state syllabus lagging by decade's. Hence, students are never industry ready!

Would say 80% looks like my neighbors old 2012 Audi Q7, except maybe for the rather overly aggressive Grill & better Alloys. Seemingly Audi India also actually lost ground due to negative aftersales experience.

@BertrandGDsouza @Olacabs This is a sad typical worrying scenario in India with these startups. As they scale and grow just a pinch little, first thing that collapses is Customer Service. Then customers are taken for granted yet somehow they manage to become unicorns with billions in valuation. Crazy!🤔
