@xoxograveyard Tip 1: Slow Reps. Like one rep should be about the same length as one breathing cycle. Tip 2: only 12 Reps maximum per set, and only 3 sets. Tip 3: Choose a weight that is light enough that you only fail on the 12th rep of the last set. (i'd offer more, but not enough space)
