@Google @googlefi 7/8 Throughout this ordeal, @Google has provided nothing but:
1️⃣Conflicting info: Quoted $129, then surprise $1,300 hold!
2️⃣Lack of alternatives: Other carriers handle this without holds—why can’t @googlefi?
3️⃣Dismissive customer service: "Just borrow the money"? Really? #Scam

Just messaging again to throw out there that @googlefi and @google sell a service you've previously receive from other companies--but refuse to be honorable about it. #googlescam #googlefiscam

🧵1/8 Hey @Google, it’s infuriating that a company worth $2.103 trillion💰 is #scamming customers with @Googlefi "phone insurance." I’ve been paying monthly, and when I finally needed it I was hit with a surprise! Instead of the $129 deductible quoted, they want to hold $1,300!
