@DHLPaket I need help with a recent incident with my package. I sent a package to the US from Germany but it was returned and I was provided a coupon code as a refund. I would like to ask for my money back and not use the code as I do not wish to send my package via DHL.

@DHLPaket Making assumptions without facts is unprofessional and dismissive. Saying that the postal service offered me a voucher out of goodwill is insinuating that it's my fault. The package never left the country and got sent back. I do not think your service is reliable
