@To_Antares@IndianTechGuide Because 3 of their top medal garnering sports Rowing, Canoe Sprint and Sailing aren't present in the CWG. Even Rugby wasn't there this time due to a scaled out event.
@ArvindKejriwal Those sports were omitted because the original hosts pulled up less than 2 years before the event was scheduled. That's why a scaled down event was staged cutting down sports from 19 to 10. Understand protest is your favourite word but there was nothing to protest in this case.
@pratikp1313@joybhattacharj These games were originally set to take place in Victoria, Australia. In 2023 their government withdrew citing rising hosting costs. Glasgow agreed to host the games but they had less than 2 years to prepare. Hence the disciplines were reduced. That hurt indian medal count.
@atulkasbekar It's not just the press. They compress space and reduce the opponents passing options. Which is why they win back the ball so easily. This team was actually more efficient than the Spain side which won in 2010.
@Fanpointofviews Argentina had zero attempts zero shots on or off target for 90 minutes before Enzo was sent off. They were clearly playing for penalties long before the red card. Not for Martinez they would have lost by a bigger humiliating margin.
@RajeshJangra98@joethomlinson I've been following football since '99, a time when Messi-Ronaldo weren't even on the football map. been on twitter since 2010 long before your stupid Messi- Ronaldo slam dunk began. Do yourself s favor and fuck off. And before you so google aforementioned
@RajeshJangra98@joethomlinson Maybe you're hinting towards Portugal & I'll increase you're joy, they are a shit team. Let me cut short it now, I am not a fan. That doesn't vindicate Argentina of anything aforementioned, next time- a) google aforementioned,b) it's 'Croatia', and c) understand context you dumbo
@philpjg@piersmorgan Should've pumped in atleast 5 goals sounds as speculative as 5 mins away from the final. If anything the later is a somewhat more objective fact.
@HausenKS So let's get done with red cards and all other kinds of disciplinary sanctions all together. Let players kick each other, stop goal bound shots with their hands and take the field next game, If the objective is only to let the best XIs face each other every time.
@djcre8or@b3lmln The rule never says slow motion should not be used at all. It says slow motion should not be used to determine the intensity of the offence. So unless FIFA releases the VAR audio, there is no way of saying with surety they adjudicated the red card only on the basis of slow mo.
@stuholden The red card still stands, the 1 match suspension has been lifted. You incompetent morons neither respect the rules nor the game itself and on top of it can't even read properly.
@Texanprimus@TSN_Sports This isn't about philosophy, preparation is a key part of this sport. Belgium have less than 24 hours to prepare against a key opponent player they thought won't feature in the contest. That along with the fact you make FIFA doctor their own rule is grave injustice.
