Children will come home today or tomorrow with a tube of smarties. They can enjoy the smarties, keep the tube and fill it with coins. Please bring the tubes with coins (or notes!) back to school on 28/2/22 The class with the most donations will receive a class reward!
Ants have loved ‘opening’ the Holy Trinity advent calendar and seeing who’s behind. If you would like to keep watching, the videos will be posted daily until Christmas Eve...!🎄
Behind Door 17 of our Virtual Advent Calendar is…
The Crocodiles Class
As we reach the last day of term, I’m sure that they are feeling anything but bleak! @CrocClass
Our brand new, even bigger Reverse Advent Calendar is ready to go for @SOAFoodbank. Thank you to the wonderful @willowspta for helping us to rebuild and fit in even more essential supplies. Send donations in with your child and not via the office, please.
The reception children have been enjoying the water play without getting soaked! Thank you so much to @willowspta for buying ten raincoats and waterproof trousers. @TheAntsClass
🌳 Do we have any tree surgeons amongst our Holy Trinity families? 🌳 We are looking for logs, tree stumps, branches 🌳 Please email [email protected] if you are able to help at all, many thanks 😊 @WillowsCE
We found out that the mess this morning was made by the Little Red Hen. She had tried to make some bread for us but got in a bit of a muddle! Luckily, Mrs Sinclair and Mrs Howlett came to the rescue and taught the children how to make bread rolls this morning.
Wow! What a day! Thanks to @willowspta for organising this fantastic treat for our children. PTA are still accepting donations for the event and anything will be appreciated however big or small. Picollage stolen from Mr SK’s sharks.
All the Ants were excited to chose a book from our library area today to bring home and share with you. We will change them every Monday so please ensure it’s in your child’s bag so they can choose another book. Many thanks 📚 📚 📚
This week it’s been all about nursery rhymes! Has your child been singing any at home? Nursery rhymes are great for developing your child’s sense of rhyme and rhythm. We’ve been singing Humpty Dumpty, Twinkle Twinkle, Hey Diddle Diddle and can you guess the last one??
Have a great weekend everyone 😊 Mrs Magnall will be back on Monday. Don’t forget if you did mornings this week, you will be afternoons next week and vice versa until Wednesday.
All children will be in for a morning plus lunch Thursday Friday 9.15-12.30 🍴
And just like that it’s September and we have some new little Ants! The children have all settled in brilliantly and have had lots of fun! We’ve been busy getting to know them and teaching them all the new routines and rules of school!
This week we welcomed our new reception children & there was a little something for the parents/careers. We hope they have had a wonderful first week 🥰 @WillowsCE @TheAntsClass @DucklingClass
Wow! Just checked the crysalides again as one was looking a bit black earlier and I feared operation net transfer had finished it off but look!! You can meet him/her tomorrow! What shall we call it??
