@Jacob_Naviaux It really depends on who you are.
I run a remodeling company that now ONLY does apartments. I’ve got dirt cheap suppliers, I work fast, I know what I’m doing (mostly).
But for homeowners-turned-landlords LVP makes a lot of sense
@GenZMultifamily Exactly.
The fact that they have to put "squishies" or wtv they're called behind the front desk is just sad. Why are grown adults absolutely feral about KIDS TOYS???
Time to grind.
I’m about to build a “preferred client onboarding form” for my website.
I think having a “homeowner standard” and then offering a FREE upgrade to better service, longer payment terms etc, for commercial companies, that “has to get approved” will be good friction. Make them feel like they’re working with a $100m global business
@joeybaum13 I’m flipping/brrrr/renting SFH rn to scrape up enough capital to jump into multifamily.
I service and/or manage 1000 apartments in my area, so ownership is the long term goal
@AmericanoDeNiro My theory is the aspartame overloads your NMDA receptors and causes neuron damage.
It’s theoretically possible
Not sure if it’s true tho
