Twitter astrologers are all talking about mercury rx causing the outage, but Uranus and Pluto are in a trine to the Moon right now with Mercury making a square to Pluto. Everything but the moon are Rx. Not to mention the Sun/Mars conj in Libra. This is political.

Uranus @ 13= Aries/Mars, sudden unexpected actions
