@officer_Lew @TheBrancaShow Given everything that happened I can understand the first or second shot the officer fired. After that the victim is lying motionless and after a pause he continues to fire more shots at him while calmly backing up. A clear case of overkill and indifference to human life.

I see four significant mistakes by agents in this.

1) The whole altercation starts when one agent pushes a woman that was walking away over and then maces the group.

2) Once they get the guy on the ground one officer can be seen using his can of mace as a club.

3) The officer that disarmed the victim should have made it more clear the weapon was secured, and definitely should have handled it in a more careful manner.

4) I can understand the officer that fired hearing gun then hearing the accidental discharge and then firing. I cannot for the life of me understand why he fired so many times when the victim was clearly not moving.
