The worst experience, never gonna interact with Reliance digital again. However I sure will go legal on this one. This is a pure case of consumer fraud.

@RelianceDigital order ID RD689C7E2E0E578CA9C2 ordered on 13th Aug - delivery by 18th by 9 PM. On 18th, 9M I got a msg abt it’s been pushed to 20th.

NO surprises on guessing today’s update. Now @delhivery says it is being delayed @help_delhivery

9 days doesn’t comes under slightly delayed. And It’s a high ticket product with order value above 1 lakh. I don’t know how @delhivery prioritize the products.

When we reached the location, It was informed that the show has been cancelled and merged to 9:30.

If I wanted 9:30, I would have booked 9:30 in the first place.
