Live in Bondi, grew up in Bowral about 2 hrs from Sydney. Fell in love with the ocean and everything to do with it, and now Lifeguard at Bondi. Love my Job!
@VodafoneAU Yes but I can’t get a straight answer from you. Where is this number? Why is it so hard to get it back. It’s not being used now. Is this some sort of conspiracy why can’t you provide us with the information of why we can’t get this number back? Who owns this number now?
Hey,
I haven’t been able to get back to Aust. with all that is happening and in this time my @VodafoneAU prepaid expired. I have had that phone number for 23yrs.
Does anyone know if there is anyway to get that number back? It’s not in use at the moment.
@qatarairways And demonstrating that your word is not to be trusted. Your comforting words of ‘don’t worry’ when our flights were cancelled, but then when we try to re-book to the same destination, you tell us that we now need to pay the difference in fare to get home to see my sick father.
@qrsupport I don’t know how that is possible because below you said very clearly “don’t worry” we will book you to the same destination and the same fair class Without any extra costs. So obviously I should worry? Please explain. @qatarairways
. @qatarairways how can you send this email to me as a customer when my flight is cancelled and now when I try to book to the same destination you say you changed your policy (without notifying us) and we have to pay the difference? Is that even legal? “...Don’t worry...” 😡
@qatarairways@qrsupport Ok so this is just a loop hole for Qatar to squeeze out of honouring your word of rebooking our flight without extra costs? Because when I booked my flights I chose fare class economy I never got the choice of W class (or any other) when I called your bookings online?
@qrsupport I’ve also spoken with customer service and support online over 10 times in the past 2 weeks and this has never been mentioned. What is the economy class equivalent to W fare that you have “conveniently” removed. #criminal
@qrsupport Yes that’s what you say now but in the email you sent me below that was not the case. You clearly state I will not pay the difference in increased fare if I am travelling to the same destination. I have now stated this several times but you refuse to read an acknowledge this?
@qatarairways @967stuart Ok,
But is that legal, I never received that information and this is essentially making us pay a further $10000 AUD to travel to the same destination after you cancelled our first flights?
@qrsupport No you have not responded to my message? You continue to send a generic answer. I think you must just have computers running your customer service, because I can’t get a straight answer.
