A Bowling Green man will likely remain in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections until 2052 after being sentenced to 34 years in the state prison system.

A Bowling Green man has been charged with four different criminal charges after being arrested over the weekend. The charges stem from an alleged rape that occurred last week at an apartment complex in Bowling Green.

The interim Pike County 911 Board have moved forward to hire the county’s first 911 Director of Operations since the August 2017 election, when Pike County voters overwhelming approved Prop. 911 creating a 9/16 of one per cent sales tax in the county.
