On August 22, 2026 I hired an established Salt Lake City, UT attorney to serve cover letter & packet to Tyler Robinson defense attorney Kathryn Nester & Prosecutor Chad Grunander concerning Tyler Robinson being in Panguitch, UT night of 9/10/25.

It included: Restaurant receipt for 8:55-9:47pm 9/10/2025 with identifying POS/debit charge information, video+audio recordings of key witnesses, and witnesses identities.

The prosecutor has a constitutional obligation to turn over any favorable or exculpatory evidence to the defendant, likewise the defense attorney has an obligation to vet and submit any exculpatory evidence that is collected.

- Identities of material witness(es) who 100% IDs Tyler Robinson night of 9/10/25 8:47-9:55pm in Panguitch, UT

- Restaurant receipt said to belong to Tyler Robinson along with identifying POS details

- Video and audio of testimony of witnesses and relevant parties

This is alibi evidence for evening of 9/10 and potentially impeaches the text messages, confession, and Lance Twiggs' testimony in the case.
