Sir, my UP Medical Council registration has been pending for over 1.5 months despite all required documents being in order and verified by the council. The online portal clearly states that applicants need not visit the Council physically after applying, yet my application remains unresolved even after I personally visited the office three times in last one week.

Since last Thursday I have been told that the certificate has been made and will be available to download first on Thursday itself then was told will be available by Monday and now since last two days the UPMC website is facing issues.

I have counselling for my fellowship on 9th July, where this registration is a mandatory document. Due to this delay, I may lose the opportunity to join the course despite securing a good rank in the examination.

In 2 days the counselling starts and people here in the council say that there's no offline provision for either applying for registration or issue of the certificate, what's the point of the whole online system when things are left pending and delayed for so long, and when things are needed urgently one needs to visit physically only and then also suddenly you are said the website is not working and you are stuck, there should be an alternative, otherwise it's just playing with careers of doctors because of a poor system in place which doesn't help rather obstructs things.

I humbly request you to kindly intervene and expedite my registration so it is issued before the counselling. I shall be sincerely grateful for your support.
