Can we get back to signing the odd player 12-18 months earlier with a little bit more risk attached but a much lower transfer fee?
I can’t believe that @LFC didn’t know about him before he was at RBL
🚨 Liverpool are expected to return with an improved offer of around €115M for Yan Diomande. It would be incredible business for RB Leipzig who signed him for around €20M last summer.

@shornKOOMINS In my opinion…there’s a bunch of things that Mane was better than Salah at, he was more versatile, he was a better pressing pest, better in the air than Salah… BUT… none of those things make him a better player
@shornKOOMINS@ChrisMors1@indykaila Have to agree with you. Looks great running at pace but shocking in the part necessary for a PL CB these days - aerial duals. I’m also not interested in VVD being the only CB in recent times we’ve had whose legs aren’t made of Pringles.
No doubt Alex Scott is a very good player, but £80m for a ball-carrying CM that we already have in Gravenberch? Surely #LFC are looking for a different profile in midfield as a priority?
🚨✅ 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢: According to @GBSans from @MundoDeportivo, after mutually terminating his contract with Al-Hilal - Darwin Núñez (26) is now an option being assessed by a number of clubs as he’s available on a FREE. Darwin wants to return to Liverpool, while Chelsea, Newcastle, and Barcelona are keeping an eye on him.
@gem_louise23 Purely because they played together.
No consideration appears to be given to style of play, which is wild. Most expect Xabi to stick to his 3-at-the-back, possession-based style at CFC.
That would have gone down like a lead balloon at LFC after Slot's slow game.
@TheAnfieldWrap Some the targets will stay the same, pacey wingers etc, but I think it will be a little while to hear about other likely signings. Does a player like Wharton really fit in a physical, running midfield that Iraola will want? 🤷🏻♂️
@empireofthekop@footballontnt I read something slightly different into his comments.
It felt like, “Yes he’s a good option, but this is LFC, it should attract the biggest names in management”
I think Stevie wants Enrique 😝
