So now this dedicated woman has to try and just find something to apply to but has yet to hear back from anyone. And she has tried applying online to other walmarts and Sam's club's. Honestly I think Walmart wants to save money and keep hiring/firing new people instead 7/8

as customers walk in and out. Not only is she always talking and smiling with customers, she also helps the front end workers organize or the janitorial crew clean by the doors. She's given them so much time and now she can't even get a call back from them. 6/8

Everyone loved her at her old store and she made lot's of friends of the customers. Some changed stores they shopped in because of her. And I see the kind of people they have at the front doors here. Leaning on the wall, face buried in the phone, and not even looking up 5/8

Only thing is after that convo like a week ago she hasn't heard anything back and has been completely ghosted by anyone in that store. She had to extend her LOA by 2 weeks but now it'd all unpaid and she can't afford all her bills now. We are helping her as much as we can. 4/8

and was told "we don't really have any positions open fully but we can just put you in time slots we don't have anyone at the front doors." Mind you she asked for literally any position. She said that's fine because she worked as a door greeter at her previous job. 3/8

Bit frustrated with @Walmart. My mom has given the last 25 years of her life working for them, 85% of my entire life. She wanted to move with my wife, kids and myself so she used all her pto and sick time to move. Once we got here she tried contacting the closest Walmart for 1/8

Openings but could never get in contact with the coaches or manager, I don't remember what they are called. They were always busy. So she just asked a worker to give them her name and number because she wanted to transfer. Eventually she got in contact with someone 2/8
