When we suddenly and bizarrely stopped this war with 2 weeks of bombing left in April, we left Iran's Hormuz sea lane military infrastructure largely intact, including radar facilities, missiles and missile launchers and military facilities they use to menance the Strait of Hormuz.

In otherwords, the power Iran uses to menace the cargo traffic in the strait is power Trump deliberately them have.

It's not a quagmire at all, it's a choice. Every day Iran threatens traffic in the strait is a day they do it because Trump has chosen, for whatever reason, to let them.
