No matter if you TT forward or backwards it will reset your Turnip Price Trend.

I TT in older titles too and they had more consequences than acnh.
In WW and CF Nook’s store had a chance of downgrading, in CF Phineas wouldn’t show up for awhile, it used to effect villager friendships and various hidden mechanics in game.

@ali_trites_ @abfraction @akersims @str4wbears With the turnip prices, it resets your price trend. If you don’t TT you can track your turnip pricing to accurately determine max price day.

@akersims @str4wbears In this one the penalties are a lot less severe - your game is automatically flagged if you TT at any time, though many argue about what the flag actually does.
