[Claire Barrance @TheBarrance]

@thetrainline no refund months later when all trains were cancelled to Stanstead had to pay £80 for taxi & still no fare back #badservice

[Claire Barrance @TheBarrance]

@thameswater any news on when it will be back?

[Claire Barrance @TheBarrance]

@SkyHelpTeam it would be great if someone could call me, i have wasted hours on hold. I would also like info on how to make formal complaint

[Claire Barrance @TheBarrance]

@SkyHelpTeam we have just moved in, paid high charges for installation & now getting cancellation notices via email for service just set up

[Claire Barrance @TheBarrance]

@SkyHelpTeam i have called you so many times to sort this out. I have registered my address & still daily receiving cancellation notices!
