@Delta today I decided that after horrible customer service from @FlyFrontier I’d like to learn what your delta rewards is like. As a disabled army veteran me and my family were treated horribly and left stranded in Puerto Rico. And I am no longer interested in dealing with frontier ever again!

@FlyFrontier 0/10 experience with Frontier Airlines after our trip home from Puerto Rico. The SAME carry-on bags we flew to Puerto Rico with from Atlanta were suddenly “not allowed” on our return flight and were being treated as checked bags. The worst part? We weren’t told until AFTER our boarding passes were scanned and we were literally walking onto the plane with priority boarding at Gate C5. The gate attendant was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We were forced to pay additional bag fees and then told we had to EXIT the secured airport area, go all the way back to the front entrance, check the bags, and go through TSA AGAIN. Because of this ridiculous process, my husband, our two children, and I missed our flight and were stranded in Puerto Rico overnight. We then had to pay for a hotel room and rebook flights for the next night, costing us another $1000+ on top of the over $1000 we had already spent on flights and baggage. As a frequent Frontier flyer and a disabled Army veteran, this entire situation was beyond disappointing. The lack of communication, compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service was unbelievable. No family should be treated this way after already being cleared to board the aircraft. This was one of the worst airline experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m still in disbelief over how this situation was handled.
