I take the driver head off and stick in the head cover and use a couple of alignment sticks/driveway markers from Home Depot. It’s longer than the clubs which will help with end impacts. Haven’t had any club damage yet, but the cases take a beating. You can drill a hole in a golf ball to push on the end on alignment stick so it doesn’t puncture a hole in the top or bottom of bag. The stuff case with towels and clothes as padding.

Think of it as a presale to wealthier people than us. It will be available to us next year at 30-50% less, excluding the custom shaft. I’ve seen last year’s model, brand new, at a major retailer for 399 last month. If I didn’t have children, this price wouldn’t be an issue, but when buying clubs, membership, cart fees, and balls for multiple people, it gets expensive.

Bring him to the Outer Banks. I’ve got a 2/2 condo in Corolla, NC about 100 yards to the beach. I’ll gift you a 4 day/3 night stay if you want to bring him over. The wild horses are a few miles north if you have 4wd and the offshore fishing can be great depending on time of year. Best months to visit are April-October. May and September are my personal favorites.

@Top100Rick No. I want to see exceptional distance and play. Final number under par to me is irrelevant as long as the it’s fair to all players. There definitely shouldn’t be a rollback for non competitive amateurs. Most struggle with distance off the tee already.
