Brewing a Mexican Washed Geisha atm that extracts lower than the ~20.5-23.5% I usually see across most coffees

At a normal grind ext is ~18.9%. Going finer doesn't raise ext or taste better suggesting that's simply the ceiling

I have no idea about the condition of this particular Tanzania or it's burrs, but if I didn't already own one of these beauties as my brew grinder, for £500 I'd definitely be taking a look at this, if I were looking to upgrade...
