@asmacarthur @grantstern Mass has more seats, but remember the number of registered Reps are spaced out and not concentrated, thus making drawing a map to give them a district impossible.
None of the New England seats were drawn to give Dems seats they didn’t earn. Fl and TX are partisan gerrymandering
