The Bengal Files is raw, unfiltered, brutal, and gut-wrenching. Vivek Agnihotri's research on documenting the horrors of the Direct Action Day is remarkable. He once again proves his intent to use cinema as a tool for truth-telling. 👏

The strength of #TheBengalFiles lies in its powerhouse performances. #PallaviJoshi, as the elderly Bharti Banerjee, is simply outstanding, while #SimrattKaurRandhawa, playing her younger version, is a revelation—graceful, fiery, and deeply moving. 👍

#AnupamKher’s portrayal of #MahatmaGandhi is effective. #MithunChakraborty is exceptional as the broken, cynical cop.

#NamashiChakraborty terrifies as the ruthless Ghulam. #SaswataChatterjee plays the menacing Husseini with chilling conviction.

#DarshanKumaar brings sincerity to his role. #EklavyaSood impresses, while #RajeshKhera as Jinnah is good. Overall, the cast breathes life into #VivekAgnihotri’s vision, ensuring #TheBengalFiles feels authentic & impactful.

The film is powerful, but at times weighed down by its own length. At 3 hours and 25 minutes, it feels stretched, and a tighter edit could have made the impact sharper.

Still, the film succeeds in delivering a disturbing yet necessary reminder of forgotten atrocities. The BGM by Rohit Sharma adds weight to the tension.

The Bengal Files is not just a movie—it’s an experience. If you dare to face history head-on, The Bengal Files is a film to watch. It will shake you, move you, and stay with you long after the credits roll. 💫
