One of the most interesting additions to EA FC27 gameplay is Off-Balance Dribbling.

What does it do?

Off-Balance Dribbling allows agile players to maintain momentum through contact, giving them more control when challenged physically in 1v1 situations.

The interesting part?

Bruiser does not work properly against it.

❌ Bruiser does not affect players using Off-Balance Dribbling

✅ Bruiser still works against players who do not have access to it

This could make agile builds much more effective against physical defenders in FC27.

How do you unlock Off-Balance Dribbling?

You need a 75+ average across:

• Agility
• Balance
• Dribbling

Formula:

(Agility + Balance + Dribbling) ÷ 3 ≥ 75

You do not need 75+ in each stat individually. Only the average of the three needs to reach 75.

Definitely one to keep an eye on when making your FC27 build.

Honest thoughts on FC27 Clubs so far?

Personally, I’m liking the gameplay. It feels like there’s more of a skill gap this year. Passing is definitely less forgiving and you have to be a lot more precise with certain things, but I think that’s a good change overall.

Still a lot to figure out though. Has anyone worked out corners yet? Heard from quite a few people struggling to lock onto headers properly.

Interested to hear what everyone else is liking or not liking so far. Appreciate any thoughts.

@WazzzaWayno speaking facts about the subs situation in this year’s FC.

FC27 has carried over the same issues we had with subs in FC26. What’s the point of having the feature in the game if it still doesn’t work properly?

Disappointed with EA FC 27 Clubs already.

It takes around 90 seconds just to get from the main menu into the Clubs lobby. The extra step through Grounds feels completely unnecessary. If EA wanted to add it, why not make it optional and let us enter Clubs directly? Many of us never asked for Grounds…

For competitive Clubs, this is an even bigger issue. With the bugs, glitches and these loading times, I can already see teams taking defaults because players can’t get back into the lobby quickly enough.

Subs are broken again too. If an opponent disconnects, you get sent all the way back to the main menu instead of the Clubs lobby. Why?

Then after matches, you can sit on the match-finish loading screen waiting ages just to reach the progression screen.

These might sound like small things individually, but they make Clubs feel unnecessarily slow and frustrating to navigate.

So far, it feels more like an FC 26 DLC than a new game.
