Too many weirdos jump on here offering their ‘services’.
Genuine aggrieved customers just be wary.
@sandwellcouncil temporary traffic lights at Penncricket Lane / Cakemore Road, Oldbury are faulty.
Both sides stuck on red, causing drivers to have to go on red.

My experience is that Amazon puts the onus on all else while it waits and gives arbitrary timescales and rules so people just give up.
