I was the 222nd person to sign this petition.
Less than 48 H later we're close to crossing the 15k signatures mark.
We won't stop there.
The fight goes on until @GovParsonMO resigns for what he did to #MarcellusWilliams

@kferrDC @Betsycashmoney Exactly, even when you personally think he's guilty and could choose to execute him or throw him in jail for life you'd choose jail
Why? Because you can only make educated guesses based on testimony asf.
in 10 years new evidence might come forth and no one want blood on their
@kferrDC @wwtla @Betsycashmoney He may be guilty, but that's not the argument. There are some doubts (DNA, asf.) and there will always be doubts in most cases. You never really KNOW who did it.
because of that the death penalty is outdated. Exoneration with new evidence becomes impossible after death
@Andromed4_ch@VoporeonTV@CensoredMen Actually I just checked the first name on the list
He confessed after police pressure and was exonerated after dna evidence showed he was innocent and a man named Reyes was the killer
@Andromed4_ch@VoporeonTV@CensoredMen I'm not familiar with all cases but you do see that there are scores of innocent and wrongly convicted people
I mean ppl are convicted when there is no reasonable doubt
No one asks the jury to actually KNOW who did it
The death penalty doesn't account for that
@JoshBunchOfNums @kferrDC @Betsycashmoney There are some reservations though. The jury selection seemed off, the fact that there was no dna evidence from him AT ALL (hair was found i think, not his) asf.
I think he should remain in jail until someone exonerates him
Now that's impossible
@linguistic543 @RealRichWilkins Someone started a petition on change org asking the governor #MikeParson to resign after what happened yesterday.
Probably won't change much but still feels good to let everyone know he's a swine
